Domestic Shipping

When placing your order on kloveshop.com, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via JNE with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Furthermore, delivery will only be performed on working days.

 

SELF PICK-UP

International Orders & Shipping

We send to most parts of the world. For any international transaction inquiries, please kindly contact us at sales@kloveshop.com

 

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes in addition to the delivery fee. These charges must be paid to the carrier upon delivery, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

RATES

Domestic rates can be found at jne.co.id and international rates informed upon request.

LOST PACKAGES

While we are not responsible for packages lost in transit, we will assist you to the best of our ability in locating them.

 

Please choose an address where someone can receive and sign for the package.

 

Customers are responsible if JNE can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.

 

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.

 

We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please take note that, all purchased items are not eligible for returns or exchange at this time . In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to sales@kloveshop.com within 3 business days of receipt.
